Lots to do. Places to go.
When my feet hit the floor I knew it was going to be a crazy day.
My morning started fairly normal but with an unexpected conference call mid morning for work, I was trying to play catch up to get everything done in order to leave for a weekend retreat.
I felt like my day slipped into overdrive.
But I did not skip a beat.
The afternoon was really crazy as I had to take my older kids up to a work retreat for the camp we are involved in. The drive takes an hour there and an hour back.
Normally, when I have to drive in the afternoons I let down and really start to feel the drag.
I felt great and no dragging.
BUT, I think the biggest change I saw was in the evening. As I said earlier, I am at a retreat with my closest friends and they all know me quite well. I am the first to bed (early) and I do not usually play games in the evening because I truly have a difficult time engaging let alone thinking.
I played Cranium until after 11pm and ended up finally resting my head around midnight. Total shocker to everyone.
I did not sleep well. But the huge grandfather clock in the room chiming every half hour may have something to do with it. 😉
I woke up my usual time of 5am but dozed in and out until 7.
I felt a little tired, but took my capsules and started my day.
So we will see how today goes!
Enjoy your day!
Excited to be thriving!
