I love sugar cookies! I love the holidays that seem to go along perfectly with sugar cookies. You know the ones…Valentine’s Day, Resurrection Sunday, Harvest Day, and of course Christmas! These holidays do not go without this companion.
I remember my early years of making sugar cookies. I always hated preparing them because you mix up the dough and have to wait several hours while they refrigerate. Really?! I want to make sugar cookies right now, not several hours from now. Inevitably, I would miss my window of opportunity and would just not make them or the dough would sit in the fridge for days (usually after the holiday).
Those days are gone!
My sister in law got this recipe years ago and passed it along to me after a conversation about the refrigerating process. It is such an easy sugar cookie recipe ever!
It is amazing! It is so yummy and it’s easy! Grab those cookie cutters and enjoy!
